The latest Egypt title from Play’n GO comes with the added tagline “fortune smiles on the worthy”. Or, in other words, the lucky ones that manage to spin up a storm on the reels and hit the max win. Where the title comes with a player preferred default of 96.20% as a return to player (RTP). As such, act with caution as the RTP is up to the individual operators in the UK. Although, what points in the direction for the player, is the volatility. That according to many players segments, are assigned to the most popular setting, high. However, as a player, you do have a pretty good chance of hitting it large in Sisters of the Sun, as the volatility, stops on an excellent 8/10. In other words, one of the best combinations of you prefers bigger wins in a relatively frequent string. Read more about the Sisters of the Sun slot.

Sisters of the Sun video slot – Bonus Feature
In essence, the 3 sisters Sekhmet, Hathor, and Bastet make up the triggers or the guardians of the bonus game free spins in Sisters of the Sun. Where the free spins casino bonus game gets on its way with only one scatter (a blue-glowing scroll). That’s right; only one scatter will initiate the start of the bonus game. Or, in fact, the “sisterhood feature” that triggers the 3 different goddess powers in one extra free spin. Again, starting in a fixed order, but with the goddess that currently occupies the reels. Still, the charge is as following, Sekhmet to Hathor to Bastet. And if the goddesses are on your side and showers you in luck, you clear the game grid of all the symbols and move on to the actual free spins game. But, first, you need to make a choice, risk versus rewards in Sisters of the Sun.
Side note about the bonus feature
Indeed, time to clarify the free spins alongside the 3 sister’s powers. Let’s start with the free spins. After you cleared all the symbols after the sisterhood feature, you get to choose from 3 options. First, Sekhmet with 4 free spins. Second, Hathor and her 5 free spins. And finally, Bastet, and 8 free spins. And as mentioned, the more free spins, the lower the risk, and vice-versa. Also worth revealing is the 3 sister goddess powers, Sekhmet, that transforms one set of symbols into another. Hathor, which can add up to 2 wild to the game grid. Finally, Bastet completely removes 2 sets of symbols from the playing field.
Symbols and Scatters
In the lower segment of paying symbols, Play’n GO has for once chosen not to include the standard playing card symbols. Instead, we find the game providers take on ancient Egyptian symbols. And from the bottom, we see a triangle-shaped symbol with what looks to be 5 leaves taking on the form. Next is silver with a hint of a purple-looking cat head. Followed by a pearl hugged by a gold horn formation, clinging on to the pearl. The last symbol from the lower and mid-range selection is a cobra with the tung sticking out. Leavin only the top-paying symbols, which, are the goddesses in the following order. Or any of the 3 in combination, or by themself, Bastet, Hathor, and, Sekhmet. Now, all that’s left, the explained scatter. And the wild, a gold star guarded by 2 cobras, all displayed on a stone base with a gold frame.
The real spin experience of Sisters of the Sun
After our 100 £1 spin started in Sisters of the Sun, it took 3 spins before the first goddess (Bastet) showed her powers, yet, we didn’t hit the free spins. But on the halfway mark, we got the “sisterhood feature” and a nice win plus a pick from the 3 different free spins. We naturally picked the 8 free spins (Bastet), which returned something that got us smiling. Namely a win or a relatively large win of £47.15. That brought our account balance to a bit north of the starting point. However, the remaining 50 spins had us on the wrong side of the winning variance. Basically, no highlight to report, or for that matter, no dramas as wells. To sum up, a thrilling first half that showed the greatness of Sisters of the Sun. But equally, on the opposite side of the trills as the second half finished up.
Our thoughts on Sisters of the Sun video slot
We feel that before you try out the Sisters of the Sun video slot, you should also know that there is a multiplier active on all spins. To explain, on every spin in Sisters of the Sun, 5 pre-selected tile spaces show and see-through eye of the Ra symbol. And should a winning combination be on such a tile, the win multiplier ups by +1. And should the same happen during the free spins game, the value doubles. Overall, the Sisters of the Sun video slot is an excellent title that adds to the water out theme rather than riding on the enormous tidal wave of success the genre has had. So give the Sisters of the Sun video slot a chance before you completely dismiss it.
