Release the Kraken video slot – Bonus Feature

The first bonus feature in Release the Kraken is the free spins which 2 bonus symbols (on reel 1 and 3) and a free spins symbol activate. The free rounds in this slot are, in fact, a multi-tier side-game. And so after hitting the combination previously mentioned, players are invited to select several treasures among the 10 at the bottom of the ocean. In essence, each chest will reveal something either extra rounds which will add up. Or a collect symbol which will start the feature. The free spins are quite innovative since they offer several random moving wilds and multipliers as well. The second bonus is the pick n’ click one. The feature will immediately start after 2 bonus symbols appear on reel 1 and 3 and a treasure chest on the last one. And players will collect coin wins until a collect symbol emerges from a treasure chest.

Symbols and Scatters

Now just when you thought, Release the Kraken video slot couldn’t get better. Well, the game provider added another tier to the gameplay. But it’s worth knowing that the feature we’re about to describe is entirely random. Anyhow you’ll know that you could be on the verge of a big payout when 3 tentacles appear over the reels in the base game. Then you’ll see a “pick me” symbol which will either activate the infectious Kraken wilds, the colossal Kraken or the locked Kraken wild. Have a read at the paytable to understand how these reel modifiers work. They’re on the second page of Release the Kraken video slot’s paytable.

Our thoughts on Release the Kraken video slot

All and all, Release the Kraken video slot is a very interactive game that delivers a good level of action as well. Undeniably this slot should appeal to those who’ve enjoyed other Pragmatic Play titles where the last bonus symbols that appear on the play area dictate the feature they’ll activate.

Another thing worth mentioning is that this Kraken themed slot, unlike it’s Play’n Go, sibling, Eye of the Kraken, isn’t excluded from the wagering requirements of casino bonuses in most operators mentioned on casinoservice.org/uk/. So, consider claiming one to have the chance to play all the side games this slot offers. And remember that the best way to keep the fun lasting is to play responsibly and at a bet level you feel comfortable with. This way, you won’t chase losses if you’re unlucky. Remember, not all players win 10,000x stake. Only some do and from time to time.
