Reel Rush 2 is an excellent example that when a game works, providers can always think of mechanics to improve it. But also come up with new ways to engage players while still keeping the gameplay in line with the original hit. It’s fair to say. The original Reel Rush slot completely revolutionised the industry when it went live in 2013. Indeed, its wacky theme and the progressively unlockable grid was an instant hit with all players. And looking ahead, in a few years from now, players might say the same thing about the sequel.

But Reel Rush 2 is a lot more colourful. And gives players different choices when it comes to the bonus. Plus, it has more reel modifiers that deliver more action. And NetEnt has even increased the max win to 25,000x stake to give players maximum adrenaline rushes too.

Reel Rush 2 Video slot – game statistics and other game info

Reel Rush 2 – Bonus Feature

After loading Reel Rush 2 have a look below the reels where you’ll see a train track. This track plays a vital role in the overall gameplay since it’s where the 8 reels modifier appear.

Now each spin guarantees that at least 1 reel modifier will show up below the interface. And naturally, getting a symbol on a train wagon doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll win. But when you do the feature might still be in play as the grid progressively unlocks more ways to win and give you a re-spin too. Plus, keep in mind that more or less every time you win, you’ll get tokens. Tokens that will help you activate the free spins and the super spins.

To enable either free rounds feature, you’ll need to fill up the meters next to the reels. And the paytable will give you more info about the benefits of each bonus.

Symbols and Scatters

As you already know, the train track below the reels delivers modifier that’ll affect the game grid. And naturally each modifier as its own symbol. So let’s get to know them this way you’ll know what to expect.

• Red heart: gives a second chance at winning again after a non-winning spin.
• The tank (R): randomly unlock 2 and 4 blocks. So it gives you more ways to win.
• Wild: randomly adds between 1 and 3 symbols to the interface.
• Golden multiplier: increase the value of a winning combo 5x and up to 20x.
• The symbol: upgrade the displayed symbol to the next one on the paytable.
• The Golden R: gives between 3 to 15 super spin tokens.
• Golden heart: only in play in the free spins and gives extra rounds.
• Yellow arrow on a red background: is also only in the free spins feature and increase the multiplier index.
