Octopus Treasure – Bonus Feature

Octopus Treasure invites players to explore the deep blue ocean and to discover riches in a reef in the proximity of a Galion wreck. So, the symbols that’ll help you win are artifacts and to unlock riches. It’s key symbols you’ll need to collect. This will become even more evident when you activate the key re-spins feature after 3 pearl Scatters land in view.

Indeed, in the key re-spins, only key symbols will appear on the reels. And the more you collect, the more free spins you’ll play. Which means to activate the free spins with symbol permutation, symbol upgrade, sticky win re-spin, pick n’ win feature, extra wilds, you’ll first need to play a bonus game.

So the slot offers an excellent progression once the bonus starts, and it’s also interactive because you’ll pick urns or coins to modify the reels and increase the value of your payouts.

Symbols and Scatters

As you’ve read above, the key symbol plays a crucial role in the bonus game. With that said, this symbol is also an essential part of the base game. Indeed, every time a key symbol lands on the reels, the treasure chest in the slot’s logo will descend on the play area. And the octopus in the background will use it to unlock the content of the treasure. Generally speaking, when the Kraken opens a treasure, it’s win multipliers up to 10x you’ll find inside.

And these will drastically increase the value of the amount you’ll pocket because the paytable of this game is somewhat on the lower end of the scale.

But for a full breakdown, click on the (i) button on the play area. This will open the paytable that’ll break down the value of each possible winning combo.

Our thoughts on Octopus Treasure

Undeniably this video slot is once again a solid game by Play’n GO. But it’s worth knowing that even if this slot is playable from portable devices, it might not be a wise choice if your mobile phone has a small screen. Indeed, the level of interaction in the free spins feature means that this game is better suited for desktop players or even tablet ones. With that said, if you have the latest IOS device or new Android mobile, you may also enjoy playing Octopus Treasure video slot.

The game boasts a strong narrative and a soundtrack that adds a bit of mystery to every spin.

But more importantly, this September 2020 release is playable with a casino bonus because the gameplay, even if somewhat progressive, resets after each mini-game you’ll play. So, give it a spin to see what treasures the Kraken protects.
