Playtech adds upgrade

Playtech did early on win awards with their player management platform. Namely, the information management solution (IMS). By which grants the operator a complete overview of the player’s lifecycle. All accessible via one interaction point. However, now we learn that Playtech is adding some upgrades. And this to an already popular and widely used platform. Where the new implementations will help out operators that utilize the platform. More precisely, to adhere to current and growing regulatory demands. And the extension that gets added and expands the range is an affordability check tool. That will get supplied by an existing 3rd party provider, TruNarrative. So, what use will the new tools in the toolbox have? And will you as a customer see any changes?

A safe onboarding

With the new tools added to the platform. Playtech is adding an extra level of security when onboarding customers. But also, increase the player’s safety with various verification services. In essence, the system can identify the player style and single-out unwanted behavior. For instance, the operator can create rules on an individual basis. And set thresholds from the player’s data. Or, set triggers that deal with the issue. And, of course, deal with any upcoming concerns manually. Plus, also included is a spending tracker with a player profile. That stretches across multiple brands in the IMS system. Meaning, it just got a whole lot easier for any operator on the platform. But also for the player, more on that in the next subject.

An upgrade good for all

Typically there is not that much to report on a player perspective when deals like this happen. Indeed, though, in this instance, it’s a bit different. And not only will the operator greatly benefit. But they also will find this type of work quicker. Plus, the player will also see some positives. In fact, the new tool will also remove some documents the customer needs to send. Playtech is more or less, creating a more seamless experience. Basically, the player is met with minimal hurdles when signing up and creating an account on any operator on the IMS platform. All in all, an upgrade and added tool that benefits all parties.
