Sky Betting partnered with UK Teenage Cancer Trust
£50,000. This generous contribution was made possible via diverse employees funding activities such as football tournaments, marathon, London to Paris bike ride, the 60 miles Yorkshire bike ride and raffles to name a few. As an independent company, Sky Betting has the opportunity to choose a different a charity to get involved with every year. The selection process and nomination is done by the employees. Everyone can submit proposal and pitch for their favourite charity.
Sandro Di Michele, Head of Pr explains “ After a close friend and colleague of ours Mikey got diagnose with a very serious condition called MDS (Myelodysplastic Syndromes) he received a lot of help from the Teenage Cancer Trust and spend some time in their hospital ward. After this event, my friends and I were looking at ways to get involved with them to give back.”
We Smashed our objective!
Following the donation, Richard Flint CEO of the online betting company said “ We had a target of £20,000 to raise in one year and we’ve smashed that objective. We’ve also had a lot of fun working with Teenage Cancer Trust. It’s been a brilliant year and we’re delighted with our partnership.”

To help then nothing was out of the question and it been an incredible year.” Everyone at Sky Betting and Gambling is very pleased and proud to have been involved with the Teenage Cancer Trust. “It’s not only a great cause to be involved with but also a superb opportunity for team building exercises and meeting colleagues outside of an office environment,” said Charlie Thompson, Software engineer.
