Scientific Games Reinforces its Leadership Team

One of the most important ways to create a successful team is by having strong leadership. As such, Scientific Games (SG) is making some new additions to theirs. Undeniably, SG is building on an already strong team so it can keep leading the way in Gaming. Hopefully, this will see the company continue to grow in all the biggest and best markets around the world. To sum up, the first of the new additions is Matt Wilson. He’ll take on the role of Executive VP and also the Group Chief Executive position as well. He’ll start on March 1st, 2020. Before this, Siobhan Lane will take on the role of CCO on February 1st, 2020. Meeting the New Team

All and all, Matt Wilson is already well-known as a leader in the industry. He has delivered impressive growth figures and seeks out new opportunities while building strong relationships with customers. Before this role, he was Aristocrat’s President and MD of Americas. Siobhan Lane, on the other hand, has been in the industry for over 12 years. She has proven herself by driving impressive business results. Lane focuses on building strong teams and creating a positive company culture. Also, she has had roles as Senior VP of Marketing and Gaming Operations at Aristocrat Technologies. As for, Connie James well, she’s a top finance executive. She has a history of delivering successful transformations in businesses. Before this, she was the Chief Financial Officer of Aristocrat Technologies’ land-based gaming division. Also, she was the Corporate Vice President of Finance at Cargill.

Leading the Way

On top of all the changes above, Derik Mooberry will move from being the Gaming Group Chief Executive to an advisory role, guiding the new team. He’ll make sure that they lead the company into a strong future. So, it looks as though Scientific Games will be looking for a proactive 2020. And one that’ll see lots of new ideas emerge from great leaders as well.
